Shipping policy

Last updated June 2026. Market Direct Express is a marketplace, so shipping times vary by item and by the seller fulfilling it. The estimated handling and transit window for each item is shown on its product page and again at checkout.

Order processing

Handling time is set by each seller and depends on the item. Most sellers prepare orders within 1–3 business days, but made-to-order and specialty goods can take longer. The handling window for each item is listed on its product page, and you'll get a confirmation email as soon as the seller hands your package to the carrier.

Rates & free shipping

Shipping rates are set per item by the seller and calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and the service level you choose. Some sellers offer free shipping or order-minimum free shipping — that's shown on the product page when it applies.

Transit times

Transit time differs per item and per seller. Because each seller ships from their own location with their preferred carrier, the estimated delivery window is shown on every product page and again at checkout before you pay.

If your cart contains items from more than one seller, they will arrive in separate shipments — each with its own tracking number and its own delivery estimate.

All windows are estimates from the seller and carrier and do not include the handling time above.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx within the US, and Canada Post for cross-border deliveries. The carrier is chosen automatically based on package size, destination, and the service level you select at checkout.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll get a second email with your tracking number as soon as the carrier scans your package. If tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours of shipment, email marketdirectexpress@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your package arrives damaged or never shows up, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll file the carrier claim on your behalf and ship a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Photos of damaged packaging help us move fast, so send them along if you can.

Address changes

Need to change an address? Email us within 1 hour of placing the order and we'll do our best to catch it before the label prints. Once a package is in the carrier's hands we can no longer reroute it, but we'll help you coordinate a redelivery with the carrier.

International shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Canadian orders include all applicable duties and taxes at checkout — there are no surprise fees on delivery. We're working on expanding to additional countries; sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
